Privacy Policy

Effective July 27, 2026 · The Arsenal (210 Church), 105 Sadie St, San Antonio TX 78210

The Arsenal app exists to connect a community, not to collect data. Here’s exactly what it knows about you, in plain English.

What we collect

Nothing, unless you give it. The app works without an account. When you use its features, we store what you submit:

What we do with it

Run the app, and follow up like humans — a pastor responding to a question, a staff member connecting a helper to a pinboard post. That’s the whole list. We never sell your information, never share it for advertising, and never will.

Who else touches it

Our data lives with our hosting providers (Vercel and Neon, in the United States). Watching a talk opens YouTube; listening opens our podcast feed; the Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and giving buttons open those services — their privacy policies apply once you’re there. Giving itself happens entirely on our giving provider’s secure pages; the app never sees your payment details.

Kids

The app is intended for adults and teens; it is not directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Your choices

Want something you posted removed, or everything tied to your device deleted? Email us and it’s done: hello@thearsenal.church. You can flag any community post inside the app and a human will review it.

Changes

If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
